Barbara H. Atwell

Barbara H. Atwell, age 79, of Silver springs passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw.
Barbara was born in Port Chester, NY on October 10, 1938 a daughter of the late Robert L. and Helen D. (Woodward) Bates.
Barb worked at Letchworth Central School as a secretary in the High School office retiring in 1987.
She enjoyed reading knitting, fishing and spending times with her family.
She is survived by 3 children: Donna (Dennis) Hare of Castile, Douglas (Elizabeth ) Ebner of Silver Springs, John Ebner of Silver Springs, 3 step-children: Michael (Laura) Atwell of Albion, Lauren (Melonie) Atwell of Jacksonville, FL., James (Christine) Atwell of Edgewater, FL., 2 sisters: Norma (Michael) John of St. Augustine, FL., Roberta (John) Huntington of Westerly, RI, a brother: John (Brenda) Bates of Ellenton, FL., 8 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 1 step great grandchild, along with many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband: Larry who passed away April 21, 2017,
