Gary R. "Newk" Newcomb

Gary R. “Newk” Newcomb age 65, of Gainesville, NY passed away on Wednesday November 18, 2020 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester after a battle with Leukenia.
He was born in Warsaw, NY on February 27, 1955 a son to the late Charles and Aldine (Cartwright) Newcomb.
A graduate of Warsaw High School.
Gary owned and operated a couple of auto repair businesses in Gainesville and Warsaw for several years, later working for Napa Auto Parts in Warsaw and lastly managing the Car Quest Auto Parts Store in Perry.
He enjoyed working on cars and small engine repairs.
He is survived by a sister: Peggy Newcomb of Buffalo, brother: Charles “Chuckie” (Darlene) Newcomb of Warsaw, 2 nephews, 1 niece, an Aunt: Lucille Cooper of Warsaw, his beloved dog: Lacey,a dear cousin: Carolyn (Phillip) Richardson of Perry along with many other cousins.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
