George H. Naschke

History:
George was born in Bradley, Wisconsin on June 7, 1931 a son of the late Rudolph and Martha Rotz Naschke. Mr. Naschke was a farmer before moving to New York State in 1952. He retired as a Merchant Marine Officer in 1997 where he worked in the Buffalo District, he had also worked from 1984-1988 with the US Army Corp of engineers at the Mt. Morris Dam. He served with the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. George was a former member of the Perry Moose, he enjoyed farming, collecting antique cars and tractors, and traveling around the country with his late wife.

Survived By:
He is survived by a daughter: Barbara A. (George) Hecht of Muldraugh, KY, 5 sons: Kurt (Delia) Naschke of Virginia Beach, VA., George G. (Lori) Naschke of Newark, NY, John (Kit) Naschke of Perry, Quintin (Brenda) Naschke of San Diego, CA, and Martin (Angela) Naschke of Castile, 14 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: along with his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Hinda who died on April 23, 2013, and a sister and brother-in-law Anita (Hugh) Gaedtke.

No prior visitation

Services:
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday September 12th at 2:00pm at the funeral home.

Burial:
Interment will take place in LaGrange Cemetery in Perry.
