Irvin F. Dell

Irvin F. Dell, age 98, of Perry passed away on Monday February 6, 2017 at Eastside Nursing Home in Warsaw.
Irvin was born in Scottsville, New York on December 7, 1918 a son of the late Christopher and Martha Pehta) Dell.
Irvin was a 1936 graduate of Wheatland Chili High School. He was a self employed farmer for many years in Scottsville, He was a night custodian and drove school bus for Wheatland Chili Central School District, and retired from JN White Designs in Perry.
He was a collector of toy Hess trucks, loved farming and especially enjoyed being with family especially with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years: Mary (Breitwieser) Dell, daughter: Janet (Hank) Zalewski of Pike, 4 grandchildren: Kasey (Alison) Osborn, Daniel (Katherine) Osborn, Nathan (Amanda Hosking) Osborn and Lauren Osborn, 2 great grandchildren: Elise and Brodie Osborn, along with many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by 3 sisters: Mildred Dell, Ruth Weston and Lillian Galusha and a brother: Robert Dell.
There will be no prior visitation.
A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday February 14th at 10 am at the Hope Lutheran Church 2 E Main St. in Arcade, NY .
He will be laid to rest in North Rush Cemetery in Rush, New York.
