James L. Stidd

James L. Stidd, age 82, of Perry died on Sunday April 19, 2015 at the Wyoming County Nursing Facility in Warsaw.
He was born in Bradford PA. on December 6, 1932 a son of the late William and Luella Stidd.
James served with the US Army during the Korean Conflict.
He was a self employed contractor in the area.Before moving to Perry James was a member of the American Legion and Am Vets in Ohio. He enjoyed doing wood crafts where he sold his goods at area arts and craft shows. He enjoyed being around people, and playing cards.
He is survived by his wife Marjorie L. (Mix) Stidd whom he married in1956, 4 sons; James and Michael Stidd both of AZ., Gary (Becky) Stidd of Caledonia and Greg (Leslie) Stidd of Cincinnati, OH., 3 daughters; Pamela (Dean) Harris of Perry, Penny (Daniel) Meyer of Hornell, Patty (Joe) Teeter of Groveland, a brother; Thomas Stidd of Galion, OH., a sister; Ilene (Donald) Payne of Bradford, PA., sister-in-law; Audrey Stidd of Bradford, PA., brother-in-law; Richard Buckley of Kane, PA., 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his siblings; William, Daniel and Robert Stidd, Ida Chircena, Ila Buckley, Ina Jean Black, Inez Boon, and Irene Anderson.
No prior visitation, services will be held at the convenience of the family.
He will be laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery in Perry.
