Jeanette M. Mahany

Jeanette M. Mahany, age 90, of Sun City, Fl. formerly of Castile passed away on Thursday August 9, 2018 at the home of her son in Dade City, Fl. surrounded by loved ones.
Jeannette was born in Fort Fairfield, ME. on October 24, 1927 a daughter of the late Henry and Bernice (Manter) Milliard.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband: John Joseph Mahany who died in 2009, along with several sisters and brothers.
Jeanette was a homemaker who loved to quilt and spend times with family and friends.
She is survived by a daughter: Colleen (Michael) Lopresti of Bradenton, FL., 4 sons: John Joseph “J.J.” (Francis) Mahany of Dade City, FL., Thomas Eldon (Lorelei Heinmiller) of Royal Oak, MI., , David Henry (Judith) Mahany of Vero Beach, FL., and Michael Stephen Mahany of Anchorage, AK., 1 sister: Lois Ann Shaw of Presque Isle, ME. 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday August 17, 2018 at St. Isidore’s Catholic Parish (St. Joseph’s Church) Leicester St. in Perry at 11am.
She will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery in Portageville, NY.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Gulfside Hospice 2061 Collier Parkway Land O’ Lakes, Florida 34639-9978.
