John B. Parks

History:
John was born in Elmira, New York on January 1, 1949 a son of the late Clifford and Gladys Beechey Parks. John was a beloved resident of the Perry ICF home in Perry. He enjoyed poetry, reading, puzzles,cats and being outdoors, especially visiting the area parks.

Survived By:
He is survived by a brother Clifford Parks of Chapel Hill, NC, his extended family at the Perry ICF, especially Karen and Helen and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents Clifford C. and Gladys Beechey Parks, a brother William P. Parks and a sister Ann Louise Poyneer.

Visitation:
Family and friends may call from 10-10:30 AM on Wednesday March 6th at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. 98 N. Main St. in Perry.

Services:
Services will follow the visitation at 10:30 am at the funeral home

Burial:
Interment will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery in Elmira,NY
