John C. Huntz

John C. Huntz, age 55, of Perry, NY passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at his home in Perry.
He was born in Kenmore, NY on December 31, 1963 a son to Joseph M. and Audrey L. (Ostolski) Huntz of Freedom.
John worked for Halo Farms in Perry as head herdsman for over 33 years. He was a member of the Silver Lake Sportsman Club, Perry Vets Club and Silver Lake Country Club. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, grilling and playing video games on his phone.
Along with his parents he is survived by a daughter: Bobbie Joe (Joel) Townes of Perry, Christopher (Rachel VanDuser) Huntz of Castile, Dylan (Breanna) Huntz of Warsaw, sister: Joanna (Timothy Jacobs) Huntz of East Bethany, 2 brothers: Michael (Jeanette) Huntz of Freedom, Jeffrey (Darla) Huntz of Silver Springs, grandson:Kane Townes along with several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister Judith Huntz who passed away in 2015.
A Memorial service will be held on Monday December 23, 2019 at the First Congregational Church Rt 20A in Perry Center. A Celebration of Life picnic will be held in the summer of 2020. .
