Lenora V. Baylor

Lenora V. Baylor, age 89 of Perry, died on Thursday April 23, 2015 at the Wyoming County Nursing Facility in Warsaw where she had been residing.
She was born in Perry, NY on November 3, 1925 a daughter of the late Samuel and Onilee (Ellis) Beagle.
Lenora worked for the former Perry Knitting Mill in Perry and was a homemaker most of her life. She was the caretaker of the family helping out her mother and sisters.
She was a former member of the LaGrange Baptist Church. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, watching and feeding birds, doing crossword puzzles, watching games shows on TV, going on various senior citizen trips, and going out on for Friday night dinners with “The Girls”.
She is survived by a son: Robert (Sandra) Baylor of Bliss, a daughter: Sandra (Donald) James of Perry, a brother: Henry Klugh of Perry, 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Russell “John” E. Baylor who died in 1994, 2 sons; Russell J. Baylor Sr. who died in 1990 and Raymond Baylor who died in 1947, 3 sisters; Beatrice Beagle, Edna Sherman, and Lorraine Klugh, 2 brothers; Melvin and Leon Beagle.
Family and friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8pm on Monday April 27th at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. 98 N. Main St. Perry.
Services will be held on Tuesday April 28th at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
She will be laid to rest in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Perry, New York.
