Nancy F. Butler, age 78 of Perry, NY passed away on December 22, 2023 at the Wyoming County Skilled Nursing Facility in Warsaw.
She was born on February 14, 1945 in Canandaigua, NY a daughter of the late Lowell and Lucy (Hedger) Fluker.
Nancy graduated from Perry Central School in 1963 and attended Morrisville State College.
She worked for the C.I.A. in Washington, D.C., the former Champion Products in Perry, New York Mental Health Department at the hospital in Sonyea, NY and two homes in Perry.
Nancy was a member of the First Congregational Church in Perry Center. She enjoyed bowling on a women’s league and hosting euchre parties in her home with close friends. She loved reading a good book, watching lifetime/hallmark movies and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband: John G. Butler whom she married on June 10th,1972, daughter: Beth (Paul) Zwack of Perry, 2 granddaughters: Natalee and Nicole Zwack, brothers: Jim Flucker of Geneva, Larry (Elsie) Cagle of Saratoga Springs, sister-in-law: Carol (late Arnold) Wilson of Perry along with many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her brother John Cagle.
A Memorial service will be held in the spring of 2024, date and time to be announced.
Nancy will be laid to rest in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Perry Center.
