Sandra J. Moroz

Sandra J. Moroz, age 71 of Perry, NY passed away on Friday April 12, 2024 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw.

She was born in Warsaw, New York on February 21, 1953 a daughter to the late Peter B. and Audrey H. (Ribstein) Kehl.

Sandra worked as a CNA for many years at the Wyoming County Community Hospital, Eastside Nursing Home and the former Manor Oak Nursing home in Warsaw and retired from Warsaw Central School where she was a cleaner.

Sandra was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Community (St. Joseph’s Church) in Perry, she was one who loved to help out people. Most recently she was a volunteer at Suzanne’s Comfort Care Home in Perry. She enjoyed being around her family and looked forward to visits from her grandchildren and friends.

She is survived by her daughter: Molly Ryan-Dietrich of Silver Springs, sisters: Patricia (Gerald) Romesser of Georgia, LouAnn (Ronald) Eschenlauer of Dansville, brothers: Timothy (David) Kehl of Rochester, Mark (Theresa) Kehl of Bliss, 5 grandchildren: Haley and Cameron Kehl, Marissa, Zoey and Kylie Machovoe, along with several nieces, nephews and friends.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Steven E. Moroz who passed away in 2023.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday May 11th at St. Isidore Catholic Community (St. Joseph’s Church) in Perry at 10am followed by a luncheon at the church.
