Eileen Power

Eileen Power, age 72 of Warsaw, NY passed away after a brief illness on Saturday December 18, 2021 at her home in Warsaw.
She was born on February 4, 1949 in Brooklyn, NY, a daughter of the late Peter J. and Mary Ellen (Baker) Bernard.
Eileen was a graduate of Sullivan County Community College. She worked for Morton Builders in Warsaw and retired from Livingston-Wyoming ARC.
She devoted many years to her children as a stay at home Mom, a role she took a lot of pride in doing, Eileen was a longtime 4-H leader, and former Girl Scout leader. She loved horses and standard poodles. She enjoyed going for rides around the area Amish communities, spending time with her family especially with her 3 grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband: Elroy N. Power whom she married on June 10, 1972, 2 daughters: Heather (Tyler) Porter of Honeoye Falls, Ashley (James) Fahey of Perry, 1 sister: Norma Salvag io of LeRoy, 3 grandchildren: Jayla and James Fahey and Connor Porter, along with many nieces, nephews and her beloved animals.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by a sister: Elaine Teed.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
