Joseph P. Kennedy

Joseph P. Kennedy, age 75, of Rochester, NY passed away on Sunday November 27, 2022 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.

He was born in Tucson, Arizona on February 18, 1947 a son to the late Paul I. and Katherine (Ralph) Kennedy.

Joe served with the US Navy from 1965-1967.

He was a warehouse and inventory manager who worked for several different businesses in the Rochester area.

Joe enjoyed gardening, traveling, reading and riding his bicycle.

He is survived by his wife: Joyce (Burt) Kennedy whom he married on June 16, 1973, siblings: Rita Brown of Kenmore, Michael (Karen) Kennedy of Warsaw, sister-in-law: Judy (David) Phillips of Silver Springs, brother-in-law: Robert Burt of Perry, nieces and nephews: Sarah and Morgan Phillips, Brandon and Matthew Brown, Colleen Kennedy, Chris Tills, Maureen Jacobs, Patrick and Michael Kennedy, along with several great nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law: Ralph (Carol) Kennedy, and nephew: Paul Kennedy.

Family and friends may call from 12-3pm on Saturday December 3, 2022 at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. 98 North Main St. in Perry where services will follow at 3pm.
