Kathy A. Kelly, age 64 of Perry passed away on Sunday July 4, 2021at Highland Hospital in Rochester.
She was born in Warsaw, New York on August 15, 1956 a daughter to the late Francis B. and Dorothy R. (Griffen) Omans.
She was a 1974 graduate of Letchworth Central School.
Kathy was a clerk for Perry Market Place retiring in 2020, and a devoted employee for the Wyoming County Meals on Wheels.
She was a member of the Perry VFW and Perry Vets Club.
She is survived by her husband: Karl D. Kelly whom she married on July 2, 1999, daughter: Stacey (Kirk) Gell of Perry, son: Douglas (Angela) Jones of Perry, 2 step-sons: Jesse Kelly of Independence, KY, and Patrick Kelly of Lima, 4 sisters: Gloria Conroy of Silver Springs, Diane Spencer of Warsaw, Carol Robb of Warsaw, Patricia Omans of Orangeville, 2 brothers: Roger (Susan) Omans of Warsaw, William Omans of Perry, 6 grandchildren: Alysha, Miranda, Nikki and Levi Jones, Kash and Kaden Kelly, 1 great grandson: Alias Hare along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter: Candi (Jones) Cook who passed away on November 6, 2016, sisters:Ruth Peterson and Barbara Wilson, and brother: James (Ione) Omans.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Kathy will be laid to rest in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Perry.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Meals on Wheels Program C/O The Office of the Aging 8 Perry Ave. Warsaw, NY 14569.
