Nancy E. Pattridge

Nancy E. Pattridge, 82, of Hunt, NY passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville.
Nancy was born in Warsaw, NY on December 25, 1936 a daughter of the late Donald and Elsa Dora (Bauer) Shearing.
Nancy was a 1954 graduate of Letchworth Central School and class valedictorian.
Nancy was a school bus driver for over 40years with Keshequa Central School District and was a farm wife helping where ever she could on the farm.
She was an active member of the Nunda Methodist Church in Nunda, where she was the church organist and sang in the church choir. She was a member of the Stebbins Chapter #503 of the Order of Eastern Star in Pike and a former member of the Farm Bureau of Livingston County, she volunteered for the Nunda Volunteer Ambulance, performed with the Nunda Theater Guild in many of their productions.
Nancy enjoyed, gardening, reading, cooking, baking, canning, playing cards, riding snowmobiles, horseback riding and had a great love for animals. She enjoyed being with family, loved doing for others and was the glue that kept everyone together.
She is survived by 2 daughters: Patricia (Bert) Therrien of Hunt, Debbie (Jason Fox) Hayes of Livonia, a son: Jeffrey (Bethany) Pattridge of Hunt, 3 brothers: James (Leslie) Shearing of Gainesville, David (Eleanor) Shearing of Perry, Robert (Sally) Shearing of Gainesville, 7 grandchildren: Jennifer, J.J., Spenser, Bethany, Abigail, Erin and Josh, 8 great grandchildren: Michael, Natalie, Landon, Maddie, Noah, Charlie, Riley and Bailey, along with many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband who passed away on August 2, 2019, a son: Charlie who passed away in 1969, 2 sister-in-laws: Bonnie Shearing and Diane Pattridge.
Family and friends may call from 4-7pm on Thursday, August 8th at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. 98 North Main St. in Perry.
Services will be held on Friday, August 9th at 11:00 am at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. in Perry for both Ronald and Nancy
Ron and Nancy will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery in Gainesville, New York.
