History:
Norman was born in Warsaw, New York on June 13, 1940 a son of the late Francis and Helen (Cygan) Cicero. Norm was a graduate of Perry Central School. He was a construction worker all his life, he retired from Rochester Laborers Local #435 working for the Pike Co. in Rochester. He served with the US Army. He was a member of the Perry VFW Post #5009 where he was a past Commander, and was very active in organizing Memorial Day services and veterans funerals, he was also a member of the Perry and Warsaw Vets Clubs, and the Silver Lake Sportsman’s Club. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed playing cards.
Survived By:
He is survived by 2 sons: Vincent (Brenda) Cicero of Mt. Morris, Mark Cicero of Perry, a brother; Andrew (Gertrude) Cicero of Pensacola, Fl., 2 grandsons: Tylor and Dylan, 4 sister-in-laws, and a brother-in-law, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: along with his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Patricia who died in 2012, and a brother Francis Cicero.
Visitation:
Family and friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9pm on Friday June 28th at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. 98 North Main St. in Perry.
Services:
Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 29th at 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Memorials:
Memorials may be made to Wilmont Cancer Center or Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
