Raymond J. Hardy Sr.,87 of Perry, passed away on Monday February 4, 2019 in Perry.
He was born in Pennsylvania on January 13, 1932 a son to the late Anthony and Adeline (Geary) Goodsell.
Raymond served with the US Marines during the Korean Conflict.
Ray was a car salesman who was President at the former Messner Buick and Pontiac in Geneseo. He was currently working for Burt’s Building Supply in Perry where he worked for over 20 years.
He enjoyed golfing, collecting die cast cars and spending times with family.
He is survived by his daughter: Kimberley (Brian) Levey, 2 sons: Raymond (Mary) Hardy Jr. of Victoria, TX., James (Denise Warren) Hardy of Perry, a brother: Joseph Chase of AZ.7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parent he is preceded in death by his wife Donna who died on October, 25, 2018, a son: Michael who died in 1986 and brothers: Edward and Robert Goodsell
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
He will be laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery in Perry
