Roxanne L. Tuttle, age 71, of Silver Lake, passed away peacefully on Thursday July 3, 2025 at her home.
She was born in Warsaw, New York on October 27, 1953, a daughter to the late Estella Berneice “Bea” (Roberts) and Everett G. Walton.
Roxanne was owner and operator of the former Fashion Emporium in Arcade. She worked for many years at Even Start through Pioneer Central School as a family visitor.
She was a member of the Arcade United Church of Christ and the Warsaw Vets Club. Roxanne enjoyed gardening, boating, going to yards sales and enjoyed the company of friends and family.
She is survived by her son: Collin (Missy Hudspeth) Tuttle of Green Bay, WI, step-children: Wendy (Mike) Miller of Cuba, Dale (Mary) Tuttle of Gaithersburg, MD, companion: John Migliore of Mt. Morris, sister: Tracey (Bob Wright) Walton of Warsaw, brothers: George Walton of Fairport, Greg (Sue) Walton of Bliss, Tim (Ann Tucker) Walton of Warsaw, grandchildren: Juliette and Eleanor Tuttle, Emily (Vin) Sarno, Elizabeth (Ron) Lucinski IV, Ellen and Grace Tuttle, along with many nieces, nephews and friends
Along with her parents Roxanne is preceded in death by her husband Albert “Jack” Tuttle who passed away in 2009.
Family and friends may call from 11am-1pm on Thursday July 10th at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home 98 North Main St. in Perry where services will follow at 1pm.
Roxanne will be laid to rest in Wethersfield Cemetery Smith Corners in Wethersfield Springs.
(In lieu of flowers) Memorial contributions may be made to either the Police Benevolent Association (pbany.org) or to the Coast Guard Mutual Assistance (mycgma.org).
