It is with great sorrow that we share the passing of Todd Ellis Carr. He was born on September 10th, 1970 in Warsaw, New York to Louise (Ellis) Parker of Perry and the late Frederick “Rick” J. Carr.

Todd received most of his education from Perry Central School, graduating from the Church of God Christian Academy of Arcade in 1989. Todd proudly served in the United States Navy. He was employed by Gates Chili Central School.

Todd had a great love for dogs. He rescued and rehomed many Pitt Bulls throughout the years. He was an avid Buffalo Bills football fan, along with his brother Eric, and mother Louise. Todd loved spending time with his son Zayden and spoiling his mother, and family. Todd was devoted to his family and would help in any way he could, always there in our time of need.

Todd is survived by his mother: Louise Parker of Perry, son: Zaydon Carr of Rochester, mother of his son: Suemeade Jones, sisters: Barbara (Reed) Chapman of Perry, Sandra (Reed) George of Castile, Angela (Reed) Genova of Geneseo, brothers: Fredrick Reed of Fillmore, Eric Carr of Perry, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father: Frederick Carr, sisters: Tami Reed who passed in 1984, Anita Scott who passed in 2014, sister-in-law: Trisha Carr and brother-in-law: Bret George who both passed in 2017.

Family and friends may call from 4-8pm on Friday February 6, 2026 at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home 98 North Main St. Perry, New York.

A Celebration of Todd’s life and burial with honor’s will be held in the spring.

Todd will be laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery in Perry.
